After a conversation in one of the Fallout groups i'm in on Facebook, a request to create something similar, and inspiration from a video i saw on Youtube about a weapon that does something almost identical to this, i decided to test my modding kung fu and create a shotgun that fires railway spikes without the lag and freezes that the other mod (published only for XBOX ONE to my knowledge) experiences when in full auto.
As such, this weapon is a combat shotgun and starts off as semi-auto fire only. It can be fully upgraded at the weapons workbench and has a decreased ROF to avoid issues with lag and FPS loss.

This mod is my creation alone, and is in no way ported or stolen from Bethesda.net. No external assets were used in this mod, and it was created by myself in Creation Kit 64-bit.

----- The Details -----

Although it may look like your normal run-of-the-mill combat shotgun, this beast hides a secret: it fires five railway spikes per shot! What's more, is that when you go into target acquisition mode (aiming), an invisible 10x recon scope will deploy and help you to accurately nail your foes to the wall! Damage, range, and ammo capacity have been increased. With reduced AP cost and it's perfectly weightless encumbrance it will feel as if it's floating in the air like a creature of the night! Vlad Tepes would certainly be proud of this monster! As an added bonus, i've also included a cooler that respawns with a plethora of ammo, so the bloodlust need never end!
