About this mod

Adds a version of the Far Harbor's Radium Rifle with the electronics stripped off and without the radiation damage.

First thing's first. Yes, I know this has been done before, and no, I didn't use anyone else's meshes. This was done by request to get two things. First, a version that uses a vanilla ammo type, and second, a version available for Xbox.

It is not my goal with this to recreate the real-life Volksturmgewehr. My headcanon for this weapon (and was for the regular Radium Rifle anyway) is that the more fanatical branches of the Children of Atom found details of the Volksturmgewehr in some historical archives, in a museum or some-such, and, due to the supposed simplicity of its production, decided to begin making them for themselves, later combining them with their gamma guns to make the powerful Radium Rifles. Thus, they adapted the design to fit the type of ammo which they had stockpiled. The versions of this mod let you decide whether that was pistol rounds or 5.56 and 5mm.

On to the good stuff.

Features
-"Handmade SMG" version Keeps .45 as primary ammo, but includes low-end .38 receivers and high-end 10mm receivers, both auto and semi-auto. Carbine version changes both the "Handmade Carbine" and the Radium Rifle to use 5.56 by default, with a set of 5mm receivers equal to the top tier ones.
-Alternate ammo receivers added to Radium Rifle as well. 
-Appears at levels between pipe weapons and Combat Rifles, with stats reflecting that position. (base ballistic damage is 27, unchanged from the Radium Rifle, it just doesn't have the radiation damage anymore. For reference the Combat Rifle is at 33 and the Handmade Assault Rifle is at 32)
-Appears on Children of Atom and in their shops, and rarely on Raiders and Raider bosses. (this effectively nerfs the Children of Atom, slightly, as the new weapon won't hit nearly as hard as their radiation weapons.)
-Maintains most of the same attachments as the Radium Rifle
-Chemistry bench recipe to combine the new weapon with a Gamma Gun to get a Radium Rifle. (Attachments on the Handmade SMG and Gamma Gun will be lost, but the Radium Rifle's are randomized, so you could end up with something really nice.)

Compatibility
-High for SMG version. Only edits one vanilla entry for the Radium Rifle, and will work fine even if that is overwritten.
-Medium for Carbine version. Any mod that makes changes to the base Radium Rifle will overwrite, or be overwritten by teh changes here, but the new weapon will not be affected.
