Craft the darts under syringer ammo in the chemistry workbench, takes no materials and they weigh 0.
The optional file adds a syringer that shoots fast and has 999 capacity I think, craft at chem bench utility section.
I haven't tested it on most enemies types, only the ones in the video.
If you eat it from the pipboy menu it makes you go ragdoll just like the Ragdoll Cola.
But your game will get stuck so you have to use the Fallsouls mod.
