Chem Redux was created by herpderp2332 Horizon was created by Zawinul
Chem Redux needs to modify the game in order to give a unique texture to all buffout, mentats, and psycho variants. Horizon conflicts with these changes, so you either need to use the version that gives them generic textures, or you need a patch.
This is that patch. Pick the Nondesolation file unless you're playing on Desolation mode. Load the file after both Horizon and Chem Redux.
