This is a vanilla bug. If you use mods that have short/shaved/bald hairstyles on female characters
then crouch in 3rd person the head mesh sticks out above the neck. Using outfit studio I just smoothed and decreased the rear head mesh to remove this clipping. Due to the low poly meshof the heads in fallout 4 it's a bit more rigid than I like but it's definitely better that seeing the terrible clipping making lots of awesome short hairstyles unusable. I'm not sure this effects male characters though. Then again I never used a male mc for this game really. Double checked males don't have this problem at least with Vanilla hairs.
