This would be my 3rd playthrough for Fallout 4 clocking in over 650 hours into the game. I have learn a lot about modding during those time and I've become conservative when it comes to what kind of mods I use. In this recent playthrough, I am trying my best to not break precombine meshes to maintain good frame rate all throughout the commonwealth. With this in mind, I limited myself in this playthrough to maintain that optimization.
This is my first time uploading to Nexus. I thought it was time for me to contribute to the community after I've been using it for a while. I like to build things with mostly vanilla items. But I have used mods to fill the spaces between rooms to give that "live-in" look. With only little over 1000 pieces, I built a comfortable area for our commonwealth citizen to call home. It include everything from sleeping quarters, full bathroom, Medical housing, Club for entertainment, and some trading shops.
