    It set my game to Russian. I don't read or speak Russian. Perhaps you should mention this in the mod description and how to change it to one's own language.

      Simply open C:\Users\<your_user_name>\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.INI in a text editor (notepad or equivalent). find sLanguage entry in [General] group and change it from:
      sLanguage=ru
      to
      sLanguage=en

    Hey there, I just wanted to ask if you'd recommend pairing this with other FPS mods (e.g., Faraway Area Reform)? This shouldn't cause any conflicts, right?

    Nice job of putting together the things that really do help for low end systems. I also have a wimpy 1gb gfx card. I use currently use most of those and I have used the others in the past (except POG). I suffer some performance loss by not running them all.
    I do wonder if there is a conflict running https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/31976 with that setup, as for why that was not suggested instead. Both work well though, just obviously not together.
    The mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21835 helps a lot as well, but it gets loaded too high and becomes ineffective, so you have to get it to stick at the bottom one way or another.
    It breaks some immersion but makes a big impact locally using https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19711 with all the options. Makes for much higher fps when looking down for getting a friendlier save for loading from.
    If you use Automatron, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/36305 is a big help removing that spark which can kill fps and your eyes.
    Using https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7418 for better loading screen performance and times is almost a must.
    Since you have to look at your pipboy, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3191 is also a big help.

    I've also found that some retexture packs also help some performance issues, but it's hit or miss with it and it comes down to performance or pretty.

    Some of your ini setting I'm not familiar with. Are some of those mod specific to what you recommended? Is there any other mods that you know of that don't play nice with those settings? I've also found that adding some ";" marks to help document and track default settings and what they do can help with trouble shooting other problems and sometimes finding stuff I need to clean out that might be creating some conflict. (I admit that my current build is lacking these, as I was feeling lazy and frustrated when I put it together this time.)

    You have my endorsement.
