Detailed and "lived-in", supports up to 18 settlers. A bar and a general store. Self-sustained for food and water. The house has been completely patched from the walls to the roof and is now usable.
I scrapped the original structure on the right side of the house. I added a capsule trailer inside the greenhouse, so you'll have to move a couple mutfruit plants where the trailer conflicts.
05/31/19 - The blueprint has been updated for a version that requires far less mods than the previous one.
The settlement still looks the same, with a few cosmetic changes.
