If you complete the Nuka World raider quest line before going to meet Preston at the Concord Museum of Freedom he will not allow you to join the Minutemen until you complete Open Season.
This mod changes that all you need to do is promise to kill the raiders by starting open season. You do not have to complete open season.

If you complete the Nuka World raider quest line before going to meet Preston at the Concord Museum of Freedom he will not allow you to join the Minutemen until you complete Open Season.
This mod changes that all you need to do is promise to kill the raiders by starting open season. You do not have to complete open season.
This is done by adding a condition check to the dialogs that block the quests Sanctuary and The First Step.
The check that is added is testing if stage 15 of open season is done to all the places being removed form the raider faction is checked.
That is all this mod does, its only for this particular scenario.
