Simple BAT file containing the console command to force/open trade window with any NPC.
Can't trade with your clinic staff?
NPC's thanking you for help and not letting you trade?
Put the txt file in your fallout 4 game folder
Open the console Click on the NPC (Best in 1st person) Type - Bat trade Trade window pops up. Exit console
