This is a cheat batch file that gives you plenty of health, AP, carry weight, levels you to 40, raises all S.P.E.C.I.A.L. to 10, and gives all perks.
Everything is clearly labeled and easily edited.
The default values for health, AP, carry weight, and levels are as follows:
To find a perk to remove, hit ctrl-F and search by perk name. The levels of the perk are listed in order; and perks are listed in order of S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
Place the batch file in your Fallout directory, the one with the actual game in it, not Data.
In game, open the console and type 'bat cheat' without quotes. Or you can change the file name to anything you want!
