HEAVILY reduced and rebalanced damage buffs for both titular abilities. they still do significantly more damage than vanilla, but through testing i've often found that with no perks i wasn't killing most things instantly like the 4th rank is supposed to do

If you're high-level, or use a mod where NPCs level with you, Pain Train and impact landing get pretty useless. I've worked hard on this mod for about 2 days to help improve their use and effectiveness late-game.
Here's what this mod does:
Buffs the damage of Pain Train's shoulder bash (gets higher with perk rank)
Buffs the damage of impact landing (gets higher with the last two ranks and with explosive vents)
Makes it so enemies who die from being impact landed next to explode (this effect is purely visual but it's really cool)
Makes it so impact landing near friendly NPCs does not aggro them
Makes it so friendly NPCs are not effected by any effects of impact landing
Adds a 4th rank at level 65 to Pain Train where shoulder bashing or impact landing next to enemies below 50% health die instantly
Enemies exploding when dying from impact landing damage is something I discovered during development, and honestly it makes impact landing kills feel really badass. Having it happen only from kills makes it rare, so I made the 4th rank be the killer so it happens more often.
Overall, these changes should make Pain Train and impact landing maintain their effectiveness late-game.
