What would I have to edit in FO4Edit to make the Clean and Simple Red Rocket Startup work together with Scrap Everything so that the CAS mod took priority? There's a note about needing to do that on the Description page, but no further details (unless I'm just going blind). The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is maybe the date on the archive, seems I remember reading something about more recently dated mods supersede older mods, regardless of load order.
I'm comfortable using FO4Edit, just don't know what to edit in this situation, so any pointers would be appreciated.

love your mod one question tho the moving spotlight, I did a console check so I know the base id (01002658) and do a placeatme to get it but I cant move it around, it also says its from "DLC robot.esm" I assume that is from a DLC, what do I need to craft them, workshop? if so what tab, I checked all tabs but cant find it.
That was originally from dd_craftable_struts mod but the author stopped supporting it and took it down. It's been since merged into Tinas Cookiepocolypse mod. I don't use it but I left it as an optional if you want to re-plop those pieces though it's not really necessary. I only used the struts to support the balcony of the apartment if I recall. You can easily substitute using supports from Far Harbor if you have the DLC.
