Some information on the new plugin: Enhanced Grenades is something i'm tinkering now for quite some time. I want to add more to the game than only pure damage grenades. So this is my try to improve this. When the plugin works out for the gameplay, i may integrate it, into the mod directly.
Enhanced Grenades > Cryo Grenades & Mines -- Radius has been increased to be large. -- Deal low damage and can freeze your enemies to ice. (This does not work for big enemies like super mutants etc. but its possible for humans, mirelurks etc.) -- While your enemies are frozen, they take increased damage by 20%. -- Ghouls that are frozen can be dismembered easily.
> Pulse Grenades -- Radius has been increased to be large. -- Deals low damage vs mid and big enemies (humans, super mutants). -- Robots take increased damage from pulse grenades and are very effective. -- Synths also take increased damage and can get knocked out for a short time. -- Small creatures like bugs, molerats also take increased damage.
Installing Enhanced Grenades plugin To install it, make sure you load it after any other Better Explosive main module (Normal, Lite, Superlite)
What is Give Me That Bottle? This is a simple mod that gives you a bottle back every time you drink a beer, nuka cola, rum, whiskey, wine, water, etc. The bottle you get depends on the drink you have and also lets you refill & re-use your bottles! This mod adds a lot of new drinkable water bottles and recipes for turning dirty water into purified water.
Mines deal less damage and have reduced radius compared to previous version of this mod, not vanilla, right? And "apply to grenades as well" is a typo where "to mines as well" shoul've been listed?
Is it possible to reverse pickpocket any explosive now and NOT blow yourself up for company? This mod absolutely f*cking sucks, solely because of the missile launcher/fat man buff. I had to upgrade my modded Hellfire power armor to max to not get one-shotted every time I'm in the presence of any enemy with a missile launcher, and even then a Fat Man is an instant unavoidable kill.
You're getting hit in the face with a nuclear weapon the size of a football, of course it's going to kill you! I'm here specifically because I'm looking for that exact result. If you're looking for just a grenade boost try True Frags instead.
As it should be, missile launcher and nuka should be one hit kills, give the game a little more realism in combat. Plus it will force you to rethink your strategies. If you see a group of enemies and one of them has a missile launcher, you'll want to take them out first at all costs.
This mod corrupted my save for some reason, and wouldn't stop crashing my game. Even after uninstalling the mod and removing it the problem still persisted. Had to reinstall the game and start a new save to fix.
I like this mod. However, I'm using it with Advance AI Tweaks and I believe Advance AI makes NPC's spam grenades if you're taking cover. I selected your grenade frequency 30 but I still get spammed. Any thoughts on how to mitigate?
I'm using this mod among others (as you can imagine) i'm so annoyed that i don't die from the mines ever! First i did, but once armor get up i guess i ended up not dying, which is sad, i just fly like ten metres high and then stand up.

That is more or less not correct. Better Explosives is modular and has in the end similar features to BE Redux. BE Redux has more features. If you only want a bigger boom BE is better for you than BE Redux.
Ya that's what I was figured, and I don't mean to pry if you have your reasons but like I said it's really weird you don't have a link to that the redux or even mention it on this page, figure most people might miss that there's two versions unless they checked your account
I absolutely love your mods like BLD and BE as they make gameplay more realistic fun, but I encountered an issue recently. So everything worked just as described and I was really happy to have found a way to compensate the way that Bethesda handles explosives in this game. But then I stumbled upon some pulse grenades. The damage displayed on the pip boy said 1100 (!) and I didn't think that this was was intended. Therefore, I started a reinstall of BE because I wanted to make sure that this was not caused by a bug, incorrect installation, or something else (Edit: As I followed the thread further, I could see that the damage displayed was actually intended). The pulse grenade damage stayed the same after the reinstall, as well as the damage of any other explosives, which was fine by me. But for unknown reason, explosives are now only doing a petty amount of damage and I can easily survive a frag grenade even though I stand right on top of it! I tried this on other NPCs as well, but they weren't impressed either. I tried to disable every mod I had in order to find out what causes this, and to my surprise it was caused by BLD. I can't explain why exactly BLD is responsible for this as I used this and BE together without any issues at all before.
The circumstance of my problem is as followed (playing on survival difficulty): Only BE: everything works fine and explosives are lethal BE + BLD: explosives do some damage, but they won't kill, they only break one or two limbs
I have no idea how to get my game working like before again, because without BE working, I am seriously fxcked if I have to fight a deathclaw. xD But I don't want to remove either BLD or BE because I want my game to stay realistic, not like this fantasy bs from Bethesda where some NPCs can eat several Bullets to the face or survive grenades while standing close by.
Note that I'm pretty much a noob modder; I let Vortex handle all my downloads and I don't know anything about editing or configuration. I am very sorry to bother you man, but I could really use your help (or help from anyone who encountered a similar issue), because since both mods are from you, you might know a solution for my problem.
Anyway, I appreciate all the work and sacrifice that especially you and other modders put into the game to make it better. Sorry for this endless text (And my English, I am from Germany xdd), but I can't really wait to get my game working again.
