This modifies the Vanilla weapon "Deliverer" you get from Deacon during Tradecraft. It does not change the name of that weapon only the mag size and damage.
You can however search "Stinger" in the console and get one with that name that still uses all the same upgrades as the Deliverer.
The mag size maxes out at 30 when fully upgraded and the damage is insanely overpowered (2400 to over 6000). You can one shot nearly anything in the game with it.
I chose the Deliverer as it's a one of a kind weapon. Meaning you wont end up facing enemies using the same weapon to one shot you.
Used with the Killshot perk it makes the entire game pretty much 1 shot 1 kill. You can even kill multiple NPC's if you can get them to stand in a straight line. It's very handy for testing purposes or if you just want a super OP weapon.
