When putting these on my character she is either bald or has stubble for hair. I have the required mod, made the changes to Fallout4Custom.ini, uninstalled and reinstalled the mod and no change. Can you help?
I got it working, I edited the Fallout4Custom.ini manually, I didn't know it needs to be edited through the mod organizer. Anyone having this issue and using mod organizer, you must edit .ini files through the organizer for them to register.
Hey! great mod, I love it! I have a question though, now I know it may not be related to your content, but perhaps you could help me find the hair the girl in this picture has ( https://i.ytimg.com/vi/CJCSowDMj4o/maxresdefault.jpg )
Love all of your re-shades of the popular mods! Is there anyway you can combine some of your mods into one? I am using CC 2.5 and the updated physics. I tried installing your re-shades and went through each one and in Vortex I have a nightmare of file conflicts. Even with your mods conflicting each other all at once.If you want me to explain I will. I installed your newest one Hair tones and that went okay I was able to resolve them. I then saw you had re-shades of other ones I went to each one to install them then my Vortex went crazy asking to resolve conflicts. At one point I had 6 mods conflicting. I love your work if you could combine them into one I think it would be easier to figure out the conflicts. Thanks for the awesome work you do!!! <3 All your work!
I don't use vortex, as it's caused a lot of trouble for my friends who tried to switch, but it just sounds like it's not handling overwriting files well. The nature of retextures requires them to overwrite the textures from the original mod.
Exactly! Vortex works different, instead of overwriting files it makes you put them after or before each other when there are conflicts. Oh well I still love your work! I'll try to figure out something. Thanks for you taking the time to respond ;)
I really love the sheen of CC mod, but I MOSTLY play as a ginger, which the original textures seem to carry the best.. You're using the exact tone I've been looking for (copper in sunlight). Is that why? ( Any chance of uploading it, please?.. Lol.)
I'd like to manually install my fave styles with your texture, it looks so great. I want to keep a few shiny, for change of pace, when I go dark.. BTW, thx for the Mischair, it's my fave set but it doesnt play well with blonde & the shade of red I really want so much, as it's generally for dark asian hair.. I've been waiting to see this! (Bright-Ginger Nightwish, YES!!) - THANKS & keep up the great work!!
Thank you so much! I'm glad the mischair is being appreciated too :)
I'm still fine tuning my hair gradient file - I want to tweak a few of the blonds a bit more, and maybe adjust a few of the lmcc colors as an optional download - but yes, I will be uploading it when it's done!
Thanks you radbeetle. Kudos to you for such wonderful work and generosity sharing with us all you texture and vanilla outfit conversions. Really appreciated.
I started doing them all for myself since I'm a bit particular about what goes in my game (i very much like a cohesive aesthetic!) and I'm really glad to see everything I share has been appreciated :)
I actually do have a retexture completed for this mod though it is only available on my tumblr, as the original mod isn't hosted here on the nexus and I'm not comfortable uploading my retextures here, as I suspect the author has their reasons for not uploading to the nexus and I'd like to respect that.
You can find that download here: https://radbeetle.tumblr.com/miscvanillamatch
Thank you! I was also hoping you could do that one. I understand why you don't want to upload it here and that you have such respect for the original authors makes me have that much more respect for you as a modder. There are many who wouldn't have even given it a second thought. Lovely work you've done. And a lot of hard work, too, I can imagine. Again thank you!
If memory serves me well, the original MiscHairstyle mod was denied on The Nexus because it wasn't clear if the mod was completely original yes or no. So, making a mod derived from the "original" to post on Nexus might be a tad risky, except when you'd redo the mod from scratch and post it as a completely new "based on" specimen...

Thank you to everyone for another mod in the hot files!
Great job!
