Like my first mod (Water Enhanced) the concept of this mod is to take the default textures for things and squeeze out a bit more quality. The inital release is 4K Textures. If requested, I will be more than happy to provide other versions.
Update 12/16/18:
I have decided to release the version with Normal Maps as the main file for the mod, the previous version can be downloaded as an alternative without them.
