Adds a lab that allows the player to create two custom companions/settlers patterns or store up to 18 replicated patterns of various individuals.
There is a key or with the right skills you can lock-pick to gain entry, just take out the guards and repair the lab.

Corrected an error that let an essential follower repeatedly detonate the same bomb if equipped.

Located near a place the institute already uses for experiments a scientist created a hidden lab to carry out his experiments with making a permanently stored relay pattern that can be used to create multiple copies of the person they scanned a pattern of.
There is a key he lost near the spot he meets with the institute agent for those experiments or with the right skills you can lock-pick to gain entry, just take out the guards and repair the lab.
Tips
If they get stuck in a swimming or other animations as companions tend to do simply use their power off then power on function.
It is highly recommended that if taking a large number of followers along you have use the wait command until you have entered the interior to avoid possibly getting stuck in a wall. If you do get stuck use the holotapes emergency transport option it will take you close to the nearest npc.
It is also recommended that if you are going to take a vertibird or otherwise fly somewhere to have them wait until you arive otherwise they may teleport fall during the flight.
