Take the western revolver, tweak the stats a little bit to make the weapon more VATS-friendly, add the 44's bull barrel for the optice, add an automatic mode to make the sole survivor fan the hammer like a maniac - Presto! Clint Eastwood would get two if he could. ;)
You can pick it up on the barrel next to the entrance of the left building inside the Wild West theater in Nuka-World. Oh, and always remember: don't laugh at the mule, or you'll bite the dust if you don't apologize immediately.
