The Settlement Dresser places a dresser in Sanctuary that contains Flowery Dresses, Vault-Tec Lab Coats, Summer Shorts, Military Fatigues and more to outfit settlers with. There are also 300 rounds of 10mm ammo and some frag grenades to get you started.

I like the Singing settler mod but the dresses you find in the world were kind of boring. I made this dresser to add some colorful dresses for a few of the ladies, some military fatigues for the settlers and some lab coats for my clinics. It is supposed to respawn items but I never made a mod before and this is my first go at it so who knows. Hope you like it.
You can find it in Sanctuary near the ruined house in the cul-de-sac.
