I've made a few patches for Lunar Fallout Overhaul and a few mods I've used as well as some optional settings that people have requested or may like. Track this in the unlikely event I create more. Read the descriptions below and download the files you want. Pretty basic.

One note: For my Creation Club patches, it's best to not update those on an existing save. It'll probably be fine, you just might not get all of the intended changes.

LF SupplyLineCapCollector
Unlocks supply lines with Cap Collector rank 1 instead of Local Leader, so you don't have to sink points into Charisma. Perk descriptions changed to match Lunar Fallout Overhaul

LunarFalloutDeliverer
Custom settings for the Deliverer:
Less damage, but uses .38 ammo.
Longer effective range with silencer.
Better critical damage and critical meter fills faster.

LF MoreSettlementFood
Restores the rate at which food is added to workshops to vanilla levels. Mostly for Sim Settlements users as that mod thinks that food is for settlers to take and eat.

LunarFalloutCC Captain Cosmos

Balances Creation Club Captain Cosmos weapon and costume for Lunar Fallout. Captain Cosmos power armor now has repair requirements on par with vanilla power armors in Lunar Fallout (Armorer 3 and more materials). The weapon upgrade crafting requirements have changed and the free mods in the worldspace have been removed.
Also, the costume jump effect is better.

Balances Creation Club Solar Cannon for Lunar Fallout
Also, weapon upgrades increase rather than decrease fire rate.


Lunar BrandedAttire *
Modifies the outfits from the Branded Attire Creation Club pack. They function as underarmor (couldn't wear leg armor before), and changed the stat bonuses so they aren't all 2 Charisma. Changed the leveled list injector to add the outfits to my custom settler lists (so Lunar Fallout is a master). Removed the vault 111 shirt outfits, as it didn't make sense in the world (more like real-world merchandise).

LF Weapon Pack Patch (different page) patches several 3rd party weapon mods to be balanced and integrated with Lunar Fallout Overhaul.

LF/Lore Based Power Armor

LF Level Scaling (included in base mod now)
Increases the amount of XP required per level for a steeper curve. You gain
slightly less health per level. XP is no longer doubled in survival
mode.

LunarFalloutWeaponPatch (obsolete)

Removes custom receivers added by Lunar Fallout Overhaul so that you can use other weapon overhauls.
Only works with Lunar Fallout Overhaul version 2.0.7.6.1 or earlier.
Also removes recipes for Nuke mines/grenades.
Load after Lunar Fallout and before whatever weapon overhaul you use.


*Creation Club patches are not recommendations for purchase. I bought these on a whim and tweaked them closer to my liking. Even with the improvements I found the gear so-so. At least the Captain Cosmos Quest is enjoyable. I'm just putting these up since I went to the effort to make them.
