This was requested in the forums and it was very simple to implement as an esl. It's a little irritating that the first power armor you are likely to find in the game is in such poor condition, when Sturges describes it as "Cherry". EVERY OTHER suit of power armor you find in the game has all the pieces on it in 100% condition. This mod simply changes the Concord power armor to match all the others in the game. I also did the same with the Fusion Core in the basement. All items are at 100% condition.
It won't change anything on a current playthrough if you've already been to Concord and acquired this armor.
