01 DESCRIPTION
Removes the Bethesda and S.P.E.C.I.A.L intro by replacing them with empty files.
02 INSTALL
Option 1 copy the files to DATA folder.
If you like to keep the original files, take a back up first.
Option 2 Install with your chosen Mod Manager.
03 CHANGES
Changed name of the file and mod.
