Restores the cut Drum Magazine modification for the Combat Rifle.

With the knowledge I've accrued over the years, I decided to remake my Combat Rifle Drum Magazine mod.
This time, I actually used the cut drum magazine mesh that was meant for use on the Combat Rifle so that the front of it doesn't clip through the receiver (unlike the Combat Shotgun's drum magazine that I used last time). Remaking this from scratch, I also cleaned up a lot of the code and text that I did a poor job of managing last time.
The crafting requirements and stats are identical to the Combat Shotgun's counterparts, except for the regular Drum Mag, which I made require Gun Nut 3 instead of Gun Nut 2 since the drum mag is "extra large" to the combat rifle and not just "large" like it is for the combat shotgun. Other than that it still multiplies your ammo capacity by 3.
Additionally this mod automatically restores the cut "naming instances" that were supposed to go along with this weapon modification, so putting it on will add "(Quick) Maximum Capacity" to the front of the weapon name. Pretty interesting stuff, how this was all ready to go but was cut for whatever reason.
I highly recommend this with the Combat Rifle .38 Automatic Receiver so you can blast away baddies to your heart's content with the Commonwealth's most common round.
