It's not perfect, but I tried to keep it as vanilla as possible so you shouldn't need to many other mods, I think Just XCE. But it will work without it, the hair will just be more gray than white, and the skin wont be as light either, also the eyes will be different without it.
It's just a shame there are no outfit mods for him. Or really anything to do with him, a fair few for 2B though.
Obviously you're gonna need looksmenu, that's a standard these days, sorry.
