The specular maps originally present on hair are buggy when under certain lighting. So I tracked them down and "deleted" them by making them invisible, it doesn't fix it completely but it does help mitigate it a lot. New version that doesn't edit textures at all, but the material file, produces the same results.

(or HSMRT for short)
What does it do? It turns the textures responsible for hair reflections into nothing. Now it edits the material file responsible.
This is to fix a lighting bug I was really annoyed with where hair would glow under certain lighting.

To install drag and drop the Data folder from the .zip file into the same folder as your Fallout4.exe or use any mod manager.
To manually uninstall drag and drop the Data folder from the .zip file into the same folder as your Fallout4.exe and then press CTRL+Z then delete the .zip file
This is completely compatible with Realistic Hair.
