Mama's got wheels! ...and you can even borrow a set for yourself.
Plus, a nifty helmet to 'interface' with the chair (not really, it just looks cool...and has some fun features of its own).


When you get to the part of Mama's quest to build her chair, her chair will be an Automatron Workbench compatible robot.
Can mix and match her chair with pieces at the bench, including the other new addition, a lower body piece that's an actual wheelchair. You can use them in whatever combination the system allows, so if you choose to use them to make something that's ugly.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

At the same point in the quest, you can also build her spare chair which will allow you to ride/drive it (and, of course, it's also able to be outfitted at the Automatron workbench). If you've already progressed past that point in her quest, these things will already be unlocked.

Is it compatible with mods that add new pieces to the Automatron workbench?

All 3 objects (Mama's chair, Player's chair, helmet) are found in the Special Category after the stage in Mama's quest which has you build her a chair.
(Mama's old chair, which will no longer count for her quests, has been moved to the chair category since it's still a nice chair to use for a settler or somethin')

Best to have it load after any other Automatrom mods...I don't use other Automatron mods, so goodness knows how that's gonna go...but feel free to let us know.

Known issues:
1
) The helmets are still seen while in Pip-Boy if enter Pip-Boy from 1st person.
Either build the 'Non-Ummersive!' mod at the armor workbench, enter Pip-Boy from 3rd person or use Fallsouls - Unpaused Game Menus .
2) Sometimes the wheelchair wheels don't spin... no idea why and don't really care. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
3) Sometimes Mama won't follow the chair after after exiting the Automatron Workbench, go back to the workbench and switch to a different option (not just highlight) under Legs then switch it back and exit the workbench again. Should be fine after that.
4) Incompatibilities exist for the player drivable chair with Lowered Weapons, Button Lowered Weapons and Weapon Ready mods, also Vertibird Jump.



ALWAYS UNEQUIP A MOD'S ARMORS/CLOTHING ***BEFORE*** UNINSTALLING THE MOD.
It's your own fault if willy nilly removing mods mid-game if something goes awry after uninstall...and always keep a previous save prepared.

Oh yeah, you're welcome for leaving 1st-person driving partially in.
It's something we've never supported and likely never will...but we leave it in because no one else does and we know some people will enjoy it even in it's partial state.
So, again, you're welcome for 1st-person driving. ;-)
