So, some hours ago i uploaded a small change to the Blitz perk on Horizon but it was not enough and, for that i decided to do a little bit of messing around and changed another perk.
This time it was the Sniper perk.
I uploaded the screenshots so you can see how the perks currently are.
It's small little changes but i think they are pretty nice to play some types of builds move effectively in Horizon.
Let me know what you think and if there is something that you feel that is not right with the changes i made.
I didn't test it too much but i think the balance is pretty much ok.
