Find a Laser Rifle or Laser Gatling Gun, go to the weapon Bench and make a new attachment.

And enjoy the carnage.

xxxxxxxx is the item.
 

Installation
----------------------
With NMM: Download with Manager and activate.
Without NMM: Download the file.  Then use your favourite .7z, .zip, .rar program to extract the contents to your game \Data
folder. 
ie: C:\Program Files(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\fallout 4\Data.
Then activate the .esp the same as you normally activate .esps.
 

KnownIssues

I know what your thinking and your right. The lasers are OP, but let me assure you I have made no changes to the damage level.
I have only changed the projectile to Assaultron Beam and Liberty Prime laser.
