You can fast travel to Ghoul Barn and get started right away. I've given you a minigun and gatling laser and plenty of ammo to get to work with. Enjoy!
Side note, this mod isn't very refined, it was just a quick project I did for fun. Still, thought others might enjoy mowing down a decently sized horde of ghouls. If people like this little bit then I may come back and expand upon this.
