About this mod
This mod seeks to correct what feels like a mistake by Bethesda, of including the Custom House of Boston, but having it be a gore-fest from Super Mutants that aren't even there. I've made it an actual player home instead, with full workbench, and functional house. In the future I may add more floors, but I'm satisfied with what I have for now.

I have also "fixed" the step issue, which required you to jump up the stairs in order to enter it.
