Version 6.1
- um, i'm not sure how many things i've changed since the last time.
- playing around with Creation Kit caused a number of fixes to break as Creation Kit does its own thing when saving a mod file.
- i used Creation Kit to figure out what is going on with the Nuka-Cola (and other) Machines. i haven't gotten far enough to test it in the DLCs...

Version 5.7
- I added an Awareness(4) perk making for a 25% increase in VATS.
- I overwrote Locksmith perks to include their actual skill increases and I corrected & increased their 4th rank.
- I fixed their Concentrated Fire(2) perk and overwrote the other two to include accuracy & damages bonuses for them all.
- I added a Life Giver(4) perk making regeneration twice as strong.
- I reworked their Adamantium Skeleton(3) to eliminate player's grunt on impact.
- I added a Sniper(4) making slightly stronger accuracy values.
- I fixed Basher(2 & 4) because of limb damages.
- I added a Rooted(5) making for reflecting damages.
- I made Sneaker(4) eliminate spotlights & can chimes; I made Sneaker(5) eliminate monkey cymbals & radiation misters.

Version 5.6
- I added NukaCola's Quantum Addiction (SPEL) to their respective ingestibles (ALCH).
- I made Dirty Water out of Purified Water & Nuclear Material.
- I added a third(3rd) rank to AquaBoy(Girl) perk(s) making swimming 25% faster.
- I fixed Hermit Crab Hatchlings' looting to show a single piece of meat.
- I changed their Speech bobblehead from 100 caps to 500 caps; I also changed their associated message.
- I added a third(3rd) rank to Awareness perk making for a 10% increase in VATS.
- I added a third(3rd) & fourth(4th) rank to V.A.N.S. perk for +2 luck & +2 intelligence respectively.

Version 5.5
- I made Fried Iguana Bits to make Iguana Bits as useful as Squirrel Bits. I made Grilled Ghoul to give their meat category something to do. I also made an extra meat for it and put it into a leveled list upon death for all ghouls.
- I played some more with their leveled lists. Ammo is a little on the heavy side when coupled with Scrounger while in locked trunks & safes. Their 'raw meats' & 'food basic' lists I added all Far Harbor & NukaWorld meats.
- I changed their Explosives Expert Bobblehead from +15% damages to +25% damages & +10% range.
- I noticed their Strong Man 2nd ranked perk didn't have any effect attached to it's function; I added a copy of their +25# spell with double the magnitude making it +50# additional carry-weight.

Version 5.4
- I finally fixed their Bloodbug & Bloatfly meats so they have either one or two depending on that magazine perk effecting double meats.
- I added Radroaches to have the same qualities upon death as those above which I pulled from Stingwings based on what I learned fixing Gulpers & Anglers.
- I added a fifth rank to Demolition Expert for a 50% increase in thrown ranges.

Version 5.3
- I added a fifth rank to Attack Dog perk to oppose their 10% less damages taken with a 10% more damages delivered. I added a fifteh rank to Demolition Expert causing player's thrown explosives to travel 50% further.
- I added a fourth rank to Ninja causing player to be undetectable to Spotlights & Cymbal Monkeys' traps. My Fallout_Cheats overwrites these same variables for Better Sneaker to work.
- I added a fifth rank to Critical Banker adding another saved critical 'star' and player's critical meter fills 25% faster. I added a fourth rank to Better Criticals causing 3x critical damages and a 20% chance critical meter gets filled.
- I fixed Far Harbor's Angler & Gulper extra meat categories. I added Flying Soldier Ant Swarm to extra meats so it works with the rest of `em.
- I've reworked the leveled lists again and added some more. I think I've finally gotten them evened out.

Version 5.2
- I'm not sure what I've been doing to this. I removed some & added more perks to NPCs. I changed or added more leveled lists; I had these somewhat mess up by misinterpreting flags.

- I forgot to include constructible objects for each of the Vim Recipes I added not two days ago.
- I'm sure I've made other tweats & changes but I often do so many at a time I don't qualify them here.

- Added another rank to Rad Resistant perk.
- Added four NOTEs to make their Vim Recipes show up in game; apparently they never put them in even though you can obtain them through a rooftop terminal.
- Added more CELL References for their Nuka machines in Far Harbor & Nuka World; and like their Vim machines they've all disappeared and put bottles in their places.

- Removed their greenish glow associated with Night Vision & Recon Scopes.
- For Vim Project: I updated a new load screen image for Vim's with its own materials set; it was using Nuka-Cola's leftover from its overwrite. No changes were made to the other files; a load screen art mesh is uploaded as its needed for the change..

Version 1
- Originally these fixes/changes were made through Cheating Conversions. Because of its growing size; I've broken it into two plugins, this one and Fallout_Cheats.
- Because I overlooked certain beefed up PERKs; I've removed them from this plugin's effects.
