    I love this thing, both versions. I only wish it meshed a bit better with coastal cottage bunker mod. sadly the bunker sticks out like a sore thumb with this mod, it would be awesome if there were a more complementing version.

      Yeah just tested the two together sadly they are not compatible but seems it can be fixed fairly easy. Would love to see a patch that made them work together. Might be a few simple enough fixes.

      You can make the two work together in game with no patch ( though patch or compatible file would be preferred and best patch I think would actually come from the bunker mod since it's mainly items from that mod that need to be disabled and seems only water from this needs to go away, may not need patch but a compatible esp ) using console commands and some mods. You will lose the pool water sadly buuut, there is a fix. You can disable the items connected to the bunker and will need to disable the water, the water I believe but not tested in this run can then be replaced using a mod like Settlement Object Expansion Pack using it's pool items it offer water blocks 4 or 6 might be what you need to it the pool area and possibly place anywhere mod.

      You can then use a mod of your choice plus fix anywhere to fill in the area leading to the bunker entrance, to match this mod I'd suggest the above mod Settlement Object Expansion Pack again using institute build pieces it provides.

      I discovered recently that you can move the bunker from its location, anywhere you want technically while using modpos/moveto player console command on pc. In order to move the bunker entrance/elevator, DO NOT activate the elevator button or click on the door to open it as that spawns the elevator making it locked in place, not moveable after the first time you click the door or button. The elevator has 2 doors that open at the same time but can be moved separately. The inside door is the one connected to where the elevator to the bunker spawns. Console command TCL then move to the inside elevator door and click it for the ref id. Then either move it where you want using modpos x,y,z axis or go anywhere else in game you want it and type the ref id of the door followed by .moveto player to spawn the door at your location. Line the door up where you want it and then click either the doors or elevator button to spawn the elevator to the bunker which is attached to the inside door you moved from that point on in your game and cant be moved after that. So again the bunker can be moved as long as you never activate the door the first time, then console command move the inside door. Make sure to also move the elevator buttons and outside door to the new location and line them up with the inside door and whatever door frame you add to make it look good. If you want to get rid of all the other floor and wall parts added from the mod, just TCL and go click on each piece added from the bunker mod and type disable followed by markfordelete. Disable first to make sure you clicked the right object. If the right piece disappears then type markfordelete. All that should remain is the Elevator and everything inside the bunker cell. Sorry if this seems/is too long a read but want to make sure the info is clear should anyone try this in there game. Have Fun!

    Wow ... that's the architectural wonder! 675 thousand + the price of the plot could be built anywhere.

    Unfortunately, the bubble can not be placed anywhere the sanitaryware does not work and the music is not selectable (interchangeable) in the list. Yeah ... and the bandits are leisurely moving through the wall. hmm? Anyway, spectacular and huge luxury in the wilderness!

    Sajnos a buborék nem rakható mindenhova a szaniter nem müködik és a zene nem választható (cserélhetö) a listában. Ja... és a banditák lazán közlekednek a falon át. hmm? Egyébként látványos és hatalmas luxus a pusztaságban! Szuper.

    madunit, just wanted to say thanks again for this amazing work. Pretty inspiring you did it with vanilla assets, too, it's motivating me to try and figure out how you did that. Whenever I break away from enjoying it in the game I'll see if I can learn from it to help take my modding to the next level. Thanks a lot.

    Maybe building it for you irl is not as crazy as you'd think! ;)

    PS- when I installed your mod, the pool drowned the [email protected]$$ brahmin that wouldn't stop spawning inside my buiding before. So a bonus thank you for that! The denizens of Coastal Cottage had quite a bbq/celebration that evening.

    just jumped in to express my enthusiasm for that player house. I love it, its an amazing mod and it works absolutey smooth, no issues. You did a wonderful work with the navmesh as well and the npc idle spots. It is one of the best player houses I know so far... and I tried many, many, many.
    I like your style and your taste... Keep it up

    Thank you for the hard work that went into this splendid settlement. I'm having fun setting up the defenses and just walking around enjoying the view.

    One question though -- is there a way to turn off the music in "party mode"? I'd like to have the windows open, but don't want to hear the music. Is this possible? Am I missing something?

    EDIT: Ok, I see the music stops after it finishes that one track. I guess its not that big deal ...but having an option to leave "defense" mode without music playing would be nice.

    EDIT 2: When you arrive from Fast Travel, the music track starts to play again if you left with the kitchen windows open. Just FYI. There should be a way to toggle the music on or off.
