TLDR: Simple mod to unhide Skill Bobblehead Perks in the Pip-Boy 'PERKS' tab.
This mod should be considered a work in progress since I did not do extensive bug testing. It uses the default Perk animation for all Skill Bobblehead Perks displayed in the Pip-Boy (Vault boy thumbs up animation). There are probably UI mods that already do this, but I wanted a simple standalone mod to keep track and view which Skill Bobblehead Perks I had attained.
Tested with Reshade 3.4.1.
KNOWN ISSUES: EVGA Precision X (all versions with PrecisionXServerHooks.dll or similarly named .dll) caused occasional CTD's. I have also had this issue with other mods, so I use MSI Afterburner now. There were also occasional CTD's if you are running over 60fps in-game or in load screens. I wasn't able to isolate issues to this mod, but should be mentioned.
