About Fallout for Videos of the Wasteland. TV only (no projector or Starlight versions. NO LONGER SUPPORTED.

This mod is no longer supported. I will not be providing bug fixes for this mod, or any of my other mods which use VotW.
Back in the 1950s and 1960s, during the height of the cold war, the government pushed out propaganda films. One of these is "About Fallout", a short film about what fallout does and sensible precautions. This obviously fits with Fallout, and it fits quite well (especially the bit about Fallout shelters).
To use this you need to have Videos of the Wasteland by RazorWire, and if you install it on it's own it won't do anything. It's also only for the TV. They're craftable at the holotape workbench or in the console type help "about fallout" 4 (couldn't have worked any better).
There's also an optional ESL version which won't count towards the ESP limit, but you still need to download the main file, and then the ESL. Remember to delete AboutFallout.esp and then manually activate AboutFallout.esl.
I haven't done the version for the Starlight Drive In as I've never been able to connect a generator to the projector (I have no idea why and I'd really tried), so I can't check it works correctly.
