Hey everyone, I haven't had time to focus on mods because starting college is a bit of a time sink.

This outfit is something I made for my own playthrough. Its an outfit that is kind of inspired by the vault dweller from that horrible fallout game we don't talk about.
It is weave-able and is usable with over armor.
It can be crafted at a chem station.
