   This is a really cool build. Simple and not overdone. I just tested it, and it works really well as a foundation or add on for a bigger settlement.

   I'd love to use this settlement, but it never shows up in my Transfer Settlements/Blueprints folder, so it won't show up in-game in the import menu.

      My bad ..... had an extra F4SE folder in there.Version 1.1 fixes that!
