New Harbor Baseline - cleared Far Harbor duplicate world file

What is this? Let's start off by stating this is not intended to be playable, though a zone door has been placed as a manhole cover, next to the trash can at the entrance of Sanctuary. This puts you at XY location 0,0 in the cleared world 'New Harbor'. The cell name for that location is NHIpos0x0 .

Why? To foster new ideas out in the modding world by providing a large baseline 'populated' world space on which to do anything you please.

What's been done?
- All programmatic links to Far Harbor have been eliminated. Quests, locations, objects, anything that could have any influence on the Far Harbor worldspace is gone.
- Structures, junk, misc items, generally any evidence of human habitation except for some foundations, road work, and piers have been removed.
- All NPC/creature spawns have been removed.
- all map markers and other similar items have been removed, save for one map marker at the 0x0 position to aid in testing during the build process.
- NAVMESH has been removed.
- Flora, vegetation, rock features, environmental effects pertaining to weather and mists, those have been left in place.
- Border regions have been removed.

(Side note: The entire world space has been cleared, not just what's depicted in the gallery. It's too large to adequately screenshot
everything. You have the full Far Harbor DLC world to work with.)

What you have is a decorated blank slate on which to do anything you please.

If you use this in your mod, all I ask is to be recognized/linked on your mod page. That's it... no other strings.

CAVEATS: I have spent a great deal of time scouring this worldspace for 'floaters' (object refs left hanging in mid-air due to deletions) and any land object edges that have been uncovered. I can't say there are none, but I can say that the occurrence should be minimal. If you're a perfectionist, just be on the lookout. Rocks were replaced to cover the area where the Nucleus was, but other major removals have been left as they went (Vim factory, that large ship, etc.)

If you find something out of place, I give a 99% chance it'll be a barnacle that was attached to a shipwreck, or vines that were hanging from power lines.
