PIPSY - COMMONWEALTH STREET ARTIST - 1.0

This mod adds a number of decals into the game which appear as graffiti art,
as well as some accompanying objects in the world and story elements.

There is a bit of a low-tech quest as a placeholder while I work on some more in-depth,
actual activating quest elements.
(Please message me if after you find a handful of the pieces you don't see what I mean by this and
you have any questions, or would like a hint or two.)

:: REQUIREMENTS ::
Just Fallout 4.

This mod was made with the Creation Kit and FO4Edit.

There is a texture set (dds files) and a material set (bgsm files) with version 1.0, and the esp file.

:: KNOWN ISSUES ::
* Once in a while when testing the mod a decal would not appear when the cell loaded. Travelling away and
returning caused the decal to load. I have learned that this is a game issue (thanks Geth7n) and
shouldn't be a big deal. Also kind of adds a dynamic aspect to Pipsy's activities... :)
This mod itself should be pretty light.

* I made some simple additions or deletions in the world space around some of them, but unless you
have a mod that adds something directly in those few places, which seems unlikely, I can't see there
being an issue. Even if you do, it would probably just make the decal appear funny or not at all.
Spoiler... there is one near Sanctuary, but it is just outside the settlement border. So if you have
a mod that builds out Sanctuary heavily it may overlap. But it should generally be very unobtrusive.

* FO4Edit shows some flags for pre-vis timestamps and pre-combines differences with those in DLC esm's,
but the edits in these cells are very, very minor and shouldn't cause any issues or performans hits.
I have not experienced any at all.

* I am not very good (yet!) with spectral and normal mapping, which may or may not be the reason
some of the images look a bit dark in certain lights. The pipboy light does the trick, if need be.

:: FUTURE ADDITIONS / IMPROVEMENTS / WISHLIST ::
I have a lot of ideas for expanding the quest and story elements of this, as well as possibilities
for NPC's and companions if people like this and would be interested. Also more artwork as I think
of it and work on it, of course.
I also plan to add the art as constructible objects for settlements.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW ANY CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK, IDEAS, CRITICISM, MOD HELP.

I have really enjoyed working on this, I've been getting a real kick out of the parallels and the
potential for story-building, I hope some of you out there enjoy it.
