If you download the main file you'll get two presets. Lucille (Pre War) is the one with longer hair while Lucille (Rugged) is the one with shorter hair and scars.

Manual Installation
Just extract the .json file to this path:
Local Disk (C:)/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Data/F4SE/Plugins/F4EE/Presets
Using the Preset
Fire up the game and press the ~ (tilde) key in-game and type "slm 14" without the quotes. After that, once you have the character creator up just go to the presets section and pick Lucille (Pre War) or Lucille (Rugged) to use the preset.

If you want Lucille to look as close as possible to the screenshots here you can use these mods:
Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE-
Rad-Ban Eyewear Inc.
Pride of Valhalla
LooksMenu Body Tattoos (CBBE) (EVB or vanilla)
Also, the ENB preset I'm using is Subtle ENB - Immersive Wasteland Preset

I really encourage you guys to upload screenshots - I'd love to see Lucille in your game!
