Donation Points system

Areas of the Prydwen look more like a dark dungeon than the home and work area of the Brotherhood. I installed a Prydwen makeover mod and still found it very dark. So I made this mod to brighten things up.
Changed the length of the light for a few lights and made them a little less harsh white to compensate. One of the lights changed might be found in area besides the Prydwen but I don't know for sure. Changed the light value only so should not conflict with any Prydwen mods.
