DESCRIPTION
This settlement is a Biker Bar for Raiders built at Jamaica Plain. For me the Raiders are not evil enough and their settlements too so what can be better than an evil Biker Bar, with hellfire, pleasure and pain, bikes, beer, babes and two special guests. This settlement contains:
- a war truck
- hellfire and hellcreatures
- a torture room
- impaled corpes
- room for the biker boss
- tons of hellish decorations
- motorcycle garage/workshop
- and a REAL looking bar

NOTE: THIS IS A SETTLEMENT BLUEPRINT THEREFORE TRANSFER SETTLEMENTS IS NEEDED IN ORDER TO IMPORT SETTLEMENT IN GAME.

STEP ONE: Remove the Bus, the vehicles and the main house which includes the workshop (don´t clear the workshop)
STEP TWO: Install the Required Mods listed below.

- RaiderQuadBike (not necassery, used only two workshops for the garage)
- NWM_VVITCH_HAUS (used 4-5 decoration items for the biker boss room, can be replaced by other decoration stuff)
- Prisoner Shackles (not necassery, used them only that i can "lay" some victims into the torture beds)
- Taxidermy Expanded (Only for mounted creatures, can be replaced by the ingame items)
- Friffy fixed curtains (used only 2, can be replaced by using other mods e.g. Homemaker)
- Better Stores (not longer available at Nexus, used it for the Pentagram and some crosses)
