Hi. This is my first upload to the nexus and it's not a mod really, just some tweaks and fixes I made for personal use, but it might be usefull for others. But first things first.

This is a .esp file that plays around some values in DogtoothCG's and Unoctium's NCR Ranger Veteran Armor mod. As such it REQUIRES the original files from their mod ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9034?tab=files ), version 0.41. It also requires fadingsignal's West Tek Tactical Optics mod ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12220 ).

Changes list (short version):

- Balances Veteran Ranger Gear's stats
- Makes both the Vet Gear and the Rifle a little bit less heavy so it's more viable, especially for the survival mode
- Adds ability to implement West Tek's optics into the ranger mask (still requires you to complete a quest from original mod)
- Adds ability to improve Coat with Railroad's ballistic weave
- Removes ability to craft certain upgrades to the coat (like metal torso adding a gastank to the back etc)
- In general fully upgraded gear should provide about same defence as Marine Combat Armor set + Army fatigues with best ballistic weave, and weight about 1/3 - 1/2 of that set.
- On pipboy flashlight toggle makes the visors glow according to chosen visor colour - but it's JUST a glow. It will NOT give you light - you have optic vision modes for low light environments etc, it doesnt make sense for visor to act like a flashlight
- Thermovison visor removed. Predator visor renamed to red-coloured visor. Lowlight visor renamed to green visor and no longer toggles night vision on crouch
- EM visor still has detect synths on aim down sights functionality, aside from blue glow feature
- Balances Anti-Materiel Rifle to be more in line with weapons from Better Locational Damage (generally it's a little bit more powerfull - if you are playing Vanilla Fallout 4 the change shouldn't be that considerable since enemies are bullet sponges anyway)
- Adds 2nd Anti-Materiel Rifle to the game aside from the one that is available in a base mod

If you have any questions feel free to ask them in the comments section, Im sure I forgot to write about something. Put my .esp below NCR Veteran Ranger and West Tek Optics .esp's in load order.
