Turns The Military checkpoint south of Fort Hagen into a functional settlement. No DLC Required Warning if the location has already been cleared this may not work. As long as the rad roaches are still there to kill you're good to go.

I've always thought that some of the best locations for potential settlements weren't even used by Bethesda. My solution to this is to release a series of Settlement Mods that address this. I tried to leave the location as vanilla as possible, as I said, this is one of those that seems perfect for a settlement. You will find that there is water at the bottom of the hill and I made sure that you could place things like turrets in logical places, as well, made scrapable things that weren't scrapable.
