This lore friendly mod adds walls made of scrap, junk and general refuse around the central four houses in Sanctuary. The navmesh has been set up, so you should have no issues with settlers/companions/traders getting stuck in the gates.
Note: I'd uploaded the wrong file initially, which was blank - hence some comments (I had a back-up with a similar name and got them mixed up) - it's the correct one now. All good.
Update: Added two railsigns that you can remove via the workshop - I wanted to give you RP choices, so you can either remove the ally sign or the safehouse sign depending on preference. Or you can remove both obviously.
