This lore-friendly mod builds up the Red Rocket settlement. Inspired heavily by the Atom Cats Garage - the area has been surrounded by a chainlink fence that has been reinforced. There are cars, trucks and other garage-themed bits around - but I've deliberately left room for you to add your own structures, food and utilities. The entire area has been cleared of leaves, debris and junk piles.
Update: I've undeleted all of the junk and correctly disabled it, so now the mod will no longer conflict with other mods, such as Scrap That Settlement or similar.
