This mod repairs the main house in Jamaica Plain with the original wall/floor pieces. The top floor has been barricaded to be lore-friendly and there is scaffolding leading to the highest level.
Update July 2021: undeleted and then correctly disabled the debris, so this mod will not longer conflict with mods such as Scrap Everything
Update: added two turrets mounted on platforms, some more details to the exterior, changed the doors and added two railsigns (safehouse & ally) near the entrance. You can remove one or both depending on if this is your Mercer safehouse/not siding with the Railroad in your playthrough.
Navmesh should work fine - though sometimes companions might get confused going up the scaffolding.
