Presidential Bunker T-11 is a small player home located next to Relay Tower 0SC-527. The mod has several nifty features intended for people who enjoy the finer things, such as showers, lightswitches, that sort of stuff.

Presidential Bunker T-11

This mod adds a bunker into the game which serves as a player home. The mod features a full lore and explanation about the bunker and it's construction. 'Presidential Bunker T-11' has been my first project revolving around level design for a while now, and I've really enjoyed working on the project; it's been a great experience and I've definitely learned a lot whilst I've been at it. The mod started off as a personal project for a player home as I wanted my own cosy retreat, however as I progressed further into the development of this mod I decided to release it publicly.
The mod edits the Relay tower 0SC-527 cell (known in the Creation Kit as RelayTower03Ext) to add a bunker which is dug into the ground. I am aware of a few navmeshing issues in the exterior cell and I've done my best to make it work. The interior is fully navmeshed with only one slight issue regarding the couch; it's inaccessible from the kitchen side. The mod is available on Xbox One and the Bethesda.net for PC.
One of the major focus points for the mod was little things which add to the experience. In the bunker each room will have a lightswitch, which can only be activated if the master power is enabled. The circuit breaker in the utility room (entrance) enables the power. The shower can be enabled/disabled, and so can the hydroponics water feature. The lights for the hydroponics garden are controlled by the hydroponics terminal, as are the irrigation systems. There's also a toggleable alarm, which is pretty neat in my opinion. You can also customise the flags which are placed in the office / bedroom area.
