Although I was never a big fan of the Institute, I couldn't help but admit that their headquarters is stunning. That is, with the exception of the bland "grassy" areas of the concourse. After doing a bit of research and realizing that none of the available mods did what I wanted, I made one myself... by planting grass.
Lots and lots of grass.
It took way longer than I wanted, but eventually, I had done enough copying, pasting, and moving to have a pretty good amount of grass. And since I don't want anyone else to have to painstakingly move grass around one blade at a time, I figured I'd upload this mod to the nexus.
Requirements
None.
Compatibility
Since all I did was add grass clusters to the barren areas of the Institute, this mod should be compatible with pretty much everything that doesn't touch the pre-war grass mesh. However, users of Verdant Institute will experience some clipping and likely an FPS drop.
