~Description~
I downloaded a mod that makes Kellogg's armor black but it didn't make the gloves black too, so I learned Paint.net and made my own version of a Black Kellogg's Armor. Looks good with shadowed combat armor pieces too if you have one of those mods that lets you add armor pieces to most apparel in the game.
~Location~
It's Kellogg's armor... so you can find it on Kellogg I guess.
Once you find him you have to pass several speech checks in order for him to give you his armor...
Just kidding, just shoot him in the face and take his stuff. (Play the story and you'll find him soon enough.)
~Compatibility~
Not compatible with mods that retexture Kellogg's armor and gloves.
